A release strategy plan for independent artists preparing to put out a single, EP, video, show, or campaign. We’ll map out what needs to happen before, during, and after release day so your promotion feels more organized, intentional, and connected to your audience. This service includes a strategy call and a written release plan with timeline recommendations, content themes, platform direction, CTA ideas, and simple tracking notes.

Release Strategy Paid Services Booking Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking for services priced at $500 or less. For services over $500, a 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due before final deliverables are sent. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or credited toward a future service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund. No-Shows: If a client does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable. Deliverables: Strategy documents, reports, calendars, and related materials are provided after the session or project review process is complete. Results: Hey Now Music Marketing provides strategy, guidance, and marketing support. Results may vary based on artist activity, consistency, audience response, platform behavior, and outside factors.
